THE SHRED EASY RECYCLING AND TREE PLANTING PROGRAMME
We recognise the need to protect trees and our ozone layer. It has always been our policy to fully recycle all of the paper that we collect by baling and pulping.
Once destroyed, your declassified materials return as low grade paper products - reducing the demand for wood based paper, preserving trees and helping to protect the environment. All the paper we shred is recycled at our own secure recycling facility.
With every tonne of paper that is recycled, up to 17 mature trees are saved from unnecessary destruction. Over the course of a year this saved not only energy but also thousands of trees.
Furthermore, producing one tonne of recycled paper takes less energy and produces less pollution:
