Secure containers: We provide a variety of secure lockable containers for the convenient collection and storage of confidential materials prior to destruction.
Secure transfer: At collection point, two-man crews of uniformed security bonded staff ensure the documents are not left unattended while being transferred to the secure vehicle.
Security checked personnel: All employees handling your confidential materials undergo a thorough staff fidelity bonding process. Shred Easy selection and vetting process is carried out in accordance with BS7858:1996 "Code of practice for security screening of personnel employed in a security environment." In addition, they all complete an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.

Secure vehicles: A security gate on the truck, separating shredding compartments, prevents unauthorised access and is also in place to prevent paper escaping into the surrounding area.
If an off-site service is required, the material is securely transported to Shred Easy's own secure shredding and recycling facility.
Ministry of Defence approved methods: During the shredding process, the sensitive material is shredded into small particles by the multi-edged, cross cut method as approved by the Ministry of Defence and the British Security Industry Association.
Fully compliant audit trails: Once your confidential documents have been destroyed, we will issue you with a Certificate of Destruction, providing you with a complete audit trail.
